The participation fees include:
- Conference bag
- Proceedings CD

- Gala dinner (Student registration does not cover the Gala dinner ticket)

Additional Costs
- Long Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at 75 euros (€) per extra page
- Short Papers: Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at 75 euros (€) per extra page
- Authors with two papers: Authors with two papers (maximum allowed) are expected to pay 200 euros for the second paper.
- Extra Gala Dinner ticket: The extra ticket for Dinner at Cruise will cost 85 euros.
