Paper Submission
The deadline for the submission of the final papers has been extended to July 25th. Submission details can be found at the IEEE site.
You can prepare you paper according to the formatting guidelines (Word document/LaTeX template). Please also find here the copyright-form needed.
Online Submission
The online submission process is opened. Authors may use the online submission system hosted by EasyChair Conference System to submit their papers. If you don't have an EasyChair account you will need to create one and then login in order to submit your papers.

Submission Instructions
Both long (8 pages max., roughly 8,000 words) and short (4 pages max., roughly 4,000 words) paper submissions should be written in English and be submitted electronically via the conference web site. Submission file formats are PDF and Microsoft Word using the IEEE two-column Word/LaTeX templates that can be found at the corresponding IEEE web site. Authors wishing to present a poster and/or demo may submit a 1‐page extended abstract, which, if accepted, will appear in the conference proceedings.
CrossCheck screening
IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism using
CrossCheck. By submitting your work, you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work. For more information please visit:

Accepted papers
Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of
presentation. Authors should certify that their papers represent substantially new previously
unpublished work. Paper submission implies that the intent is for one of the authors to present the
paper if accepted and that at least one of the authors register for a full conference fee.
The accepted papers will be published by the IEEE press in formal proceedings. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
